FLIGHT INSTRUCTOR CADET PROGRAM
Become part of our team of instructors. F AIR, Ltd. offers the FI Cadet Program, aimed at all applicants who hold at least a CPL(A) license, teaching skills, and have a passion for aviation. Upon successfully passing the selection process for the program, your entire FI(A) training will be covered, and you will have the opportunity to sign a 3-year contract. In case of successful cooperation, there is an option to further expand your instructor qualifications. During the training, the cadet is prepared to become familiar with the company's operations and to undergo familiarization training for the aircraft in the F AIR fleet.

WE OFFER:

WE REQUIRE:
- Minimum CPL(A) license and ATPL frozen, MEP/IR welcomed
- The training is scheduled to begin in January/February 2025
- Good knowledge of English language, ability to teach in English
- Basic computer skills
- Proactive attitude
- Communicative and Pedagogical skills
INTERVIEW:
- Oral interview in English
- A short demonstration of teaching in English
- Knowledge test
- Check flight test on an airplane
- The selection process will take place during October/November 2024
